Tonics - The Luscombe Way

Our new reduced sugar tonic waters and our Light Devon in a restaurant setting.

Now with at least a 37% reduction in sugar, our reduced sugar formula Tonic Water's* are now available for you to enjoy. And to celebrate the relaunch, we wanted to share some of our favourite ways to enjoy them!

Tonic water dates back to as early as 1825, when British officers stationed in India needed to take quinine to alleviate the effects of malaria. In more recent years, tonic has grown in popularity as its widely associated with the rapid resurgence of gin drinking and the classic cocktail, a G&T.

We've asked the wider Luscombe team what their favourite way to enjoy our multi-award-winning tonics are and were excited to share them with you!

Devon Tonic water pairs rare Japanese yuzu with our Dartmoor spring water and Indian quinine, mix with a premium dark rum, a dash of lime, served over ice. This is a  cocktail with some depth, you will enjoy sweet, bitter and tart flavours. For a Christmas twist, add cinnamon, star anise and clove to a jug and allow the mixture to marinate before serving.

Succulent pink grapefruit, classic Indian quinine and natural Dartmoor spring water creates a delicate citrus blend for our Grapefruit Tonic. We like to enjoy this over ice with a premium dry gin and a slice of lemon for the perfect citrus gin and tonic.

Our Cucumber Tonic water simply includes succulent cucumber, Indian quinine and soft Dartmoor spring water which we love to enjoy with a premium vodka, a dash of our Apple Juice and a spring of mint for a refreshing cocktail twist.

Hand-picked wild elderflower blends with Indian quinine and Dartmoor spring water to create an expertly crafted Elderflower Tonic. Served over ice and paired simply with a premium gin for a light botanical G&T.
