How do I change my payment details?

If you have a subscription with us, and want to change your payment details,  please Log in and go to My Account.

Then click Payment information > Change Payment information. Please check you have an account with us, as your previous order may have been placed as a guest. To create an account, please click here.

How do I amend my subscription?

To change the products or frequency of your Luscombe subscription, please Log in and go to My Account.

Click My Subscriptions, then either Products in my subscription to change your choice of drinks, or Manage my upcoming orders to reschedule or cancel your next subscription date.

My order is damaged

Although when leaving Luscombe, our packages are in tip-top shape, unfortunately courier damages can occur when in transit. No one likes when the drinks they love are damaged, if this has happened to your order, we're so sorry to hear that. 

Please let us know your order number below, describe the damage to your order, which products have been affected and we will do everything we can to rectify the situaiton. We may ask for a photo of the damages.
