Non-alcoholic gin & tonic

Non-alcoholic gin & tonic

The good news is that even if you’re committing to Dry January, you don’t need to sacrifice your G&T fix.

Pentire Adrift is a botanical non-alcoholic spirit, made from carefully selected plants native to the North Cornwall coastline. It has all the characteristics of a top-line alcoholic gin but with the exciting botanical additions of rock samphire, sea rosemary and sage making it fragrant and almost savoury.

When paired with Luscombe’s light tonic water, made with Devon spring water, Japanese yuzu and Indian quinine, it makes for the perfect evening indulgence.

With only two primary elements this drink is almost miraculously refreshing with its crisp, citrus-punch - tempered by a deep underlying botanical finish.

To serve, start with glass full of ice, garnished with a fresh sprig of rosemary or lemon peel. Measure 50ml of Pentire Adrift and pour over the ice. Then simply add 100 to 150ml of Luscombe Light Devon Tonic water and enjoy!
