Luscombe Drinks is the UK’s leading producer of organic soft drinks, juices, and mixers. All our drinks are crafted on-site at our Devon farm, using organic and wild ingredients blended with Dartmoor spring water.

 

The Role

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support & Customer Co-ordinator to join our friendly office-based team. This role is central to supporting our sales activity and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service at every stage of their journey with Luscombe.

As a Sales Support & Customer Co-ordinator, you’ll act as a key link between our customers, sales activity, and internal teams. You’ll support existing accounts, respond to customer enquiries, process customer orders, and carry out a range of office-based administrative duties. The role will also involve making outbound calls to acquire and win new customers, introducing them to the Luscombe range and supporting the Telesales Manager with the onboarding and setup of new accounts to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

You’ll communicate regularly with customers by phone and email, support promotional activity, and help identify opportunities to grow accounts — all while delivering a high level of customer care and attention to detail.

This is an office-based role focused on customer coordination, sales support, and relationship management.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting existing customers with orders, enquiries, and general account assistance

    • Making proactive outbound calls to existing and potential customers to
    introduce products, share updates, and follow up on enquiries

    • Coordinating sales activity, promotions, and seasonal product launches with customers

    • Assisting the sales team by identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling where appropriate

    • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems

    • Working closely with the Customer Service team, providing support and cover when required

    • Ensuring customers receive a friendly, efficient, and professional experience at all times
  • Proactively contacting prospective customers to introduce them to the Luscombe drinks range and support new customer acquisition.

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident and friendly communicator with an excellent telephone manner
    • Strong organisational and coordination skills with great attention to detail
    • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships
    • Comfortable working in a support role that contributes to sales and account growth
    • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
    • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
