Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Proof of age and residency may be required. Employees of Luscombe Drinks, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must either:
- Scan the QR code featured on promotional bottle neck collars; or
- Visit and complete the online entry form with their full name, valid email address, and any other required information.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted on behalf of another person and joint submissions are not allowed. Multiple entries or entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fail to comply with these terms will be disqualified.
3. Entry Period
The competition has been extended to close at 11:59pm on 31st March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. The Prize
The winner will receive one year’s supply of Luscombe drinks, defined as one case (12 x 270ml bottles) delivered monthly for 12 consecutive months, starting from the month following confirmation of the winner’s details.
- The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- There is no cash alternative.
- Luscombe Drinks reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that their contact details are correct.
6. Delivery
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s UK address. Luscombe Drinks will cover standard delivery charges. The winner must ensure someone over 18 is available to accept deliveries where required.
7. Data Protection
By entering, participants agree that any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and delivering the prize. Entrants may be given the option to opt in to receive future marketing communications from Luscombe Drinks. This is entirely optional and will not affect entry.
Luscombe Drinks complies with UK data protection laws and will handle all data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
8. General
- Luscombe Drinks reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
