Ingredients

• 50ml Salcombe Gin 'Start Point'
• Fresh lime juice
• Luscombe Strawberry Crush
• Tonic water

Recipe

• Place a glass on the bar ready and fill with ice
• Build the cocktail in the glass, starting with the gin and Strawberry Crush, topping with tonic water
• Garnish with a strawberry on the side of the glass
