Strawberry Tonic Highball

Method: Build & Stir

How to do it: Cut strawberries in quarters and place in the glass, fill with ice, pour the Devon tonic over, stir, fill to the top with Luscombe Strawberry Crush. Garnish with sprig or mint and fresh strawberry.

Ice: Ice Cubes

Recipe:

• 25ml fresh lemon juice
• 100ml Luscombe Devon Tonic
• 100ml Luscombe Strawberry Crush
• 2 fresh strawberries

Damascene Rose Bubbly

Serve in a chilled flute and garnish with a rose petal or edible silver sugar balls
