Regional Account Executive (Off Trade)

London Area £25k – £27 K basic OTE £35K +

Due to increasing growth of the premium soft drinks market we require a self-starter with a passion for food & drink. The roles are based on gaining  new business which and will involve cold calling, closing existing sales opportunities & generating new ones.

We are looking for self-starters with proven sales experience in a similar field who will undertake the following tasks:

  • The role will see the successful candidate targeting premium accounts in HoReCa foodservice/contract catering, retail, venues and working in partnership with trade customers and distributors
  • Cold calling targeted areas.
  • Gaining new business and setting up credit terms.
  • Managing the new business and meeting customer’s needs to achieve a strong listing and maximum  profitability
  • Attending trade shows and lead follow up
  • Order processing and account administration
  • Weekly sales reporting
  • Customer Retention

Customer Service Advisor

Due to increasing growth of the business we are looking to expand and strengthen our Sales and Customer Service department, we have the pleasure in advertising for an exciting role as Customer Service Advisor based on our site at Buckfastleigh.

Responsibilities

  • Full administrative support to a variety of customer accounts
  • Taking inbound calls and fielding enquiries
  • Providing sales and administrational support to our field sales agents
  • Order processing and administration
  • Delivery of an exceptional customer experience including Account development and retention
  • Making outbound sales calls to a target audience
  • Management and ownership of account information including analysis and reporting
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders

Key attributes:

  • Commitment and motivation to achieve goals and exceed targets
  • High level of computer literacy across Microsoft Office programs and more
  • Great team working skills, with the ability to work on individual projects as and when required

Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

  • The position involves managing the goods in, storage, despatch and transport processes, working to achieve departmental targets and goals.
  • The manager will work very closely with the production, purchasing, and sales departments in coordinating the flow of materials through the company.

Activities:

  • Ensure that the goods inward, stores and despatch departments are equipped with optimum manpower to carry out the workload expected to meet business plans. Lead productivity improvement activities and plan future labour requirements.
  • Ensure that labour is allocated most effectively between these areas on a day to day basis liaising with supervision. This will include overseeing cross-training of staff.
  • Agree and manage departmental budget spend targets.
  • Work with planning staff to identify stock reduction opportunities.
  • Responsible for overall management of any external contract warehousing.
  • Ensure that customer delivery performance is achieved both internal and external when products are made available by Planning or Production.
  • To make sure all staff work in a correct and safe manner.
  • Maintain knowledge on latest import and export legislation
  • Review and document procedures and work instructions for efficient operations.
  • Initiate improvements in procedures and equipment to achieve departmental goals.
  • Manage Works Order picking for production and despatch.
  • Development of Departmental level KPI’s to ensure local targets are achieved.
  • Liaise with external warehousing and logistics parties to ensure optimum utilisation of internal and external logistics and material movement.
  • Ensure the business is fully compliant on waste packing regs.
  • Complete successful Elderflower harvesting

Organise the areas allocated for storage to optimise material flow and space requirements. This will be in conjunction with Production plans for the factory output.
