25k – £27 K basic OTE £35K +

Due to increasing growth of the premium soft drinks market we require a self-starter with a passion for food & drink. The roles are based on gaining  new business which and will involve cold calling, closing existing sales opportunities & generating new ones.

We are looking for self-starters with proven sales experience in a similar field who will undertake the following tasks:

  • The role will see the successful candidate targeting premium accounts in HoReCa foodservice/contract catering, retail, venues and working in partnership with trade customers and distributors
  • Cold calling targeted areas.
  • Gaining new business and setting up credit terms.
  • Managing the new business and meeting customer’s needs to achieve a strong listing and maximum  profitability
  • Attending trade shows and lead follow up
  • Order processing and account administration
  • Weekly sales reporting
  • Customer Retention

Customer Service Advisor – Buckfastleigh

Due to increasing growth of the business we are looking to expand and strengthen our Sales and Customer Service department, we have the pleasure in advertising for an exciting role as Customer Service Advisor based on our site at Buckfastleigh.

Responsibilities

  • Full administrative support to a variety of customer accounts
  • Taking inbound calls and fielding enquiries
  • Providing sales and administrational support to our field sales agents
  • Order processing and administration
  • Delivery of an exceptional customer experience including Account development and retention
  • Making outbound sales calls to a target audience
  • Management and ownership of account information including analysis and reporting
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders

Regional Sales Manager – London

 

Due to the continued growth of the premium soft drinks market, Luscombe Drinks are looking for a self-starter with a passion for food and drink to join our expanding sales team.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing new business in the London area and further developing relationships with existing customers.

Ideally, you will be a self-starter with proven sales experience in a similar field.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivery of field sales goals, including developing new business contacts and maintaining the existing client base.
  • Manage the full sales life cycle for the London region from start to finish.
  • Manage and report against pipeline and actual sales targets.
  • Work closely with the product delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows and carry out lead follow up.
  • Weekly sales reporting.
  • Advocate for quality levels of customer service, providing solutions to customer challenges in a professional manner.
  • Build rapport in face to face situations.
  • Establish relationships with prospective customers.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the business and the industry.

Head of Marketing – Buckfastleigh

We are looking for a food and drink marketing professional who understands strategic brand development and has the ability to implement the brand philosophy.

Key responsibilities:

  • To be the central source for market knowledge and market research.
  • The preparation of an annual marketing pan and a 3-5 year global marketing business strategy.
  • To act as a resource to the company Chairman and Founder, Managing Director, Sales, NPD and Marketing teams.
  • Management of third party partners – including PR agencies and creative designers demonstrating effective working relationships and rapport building internally and externally.
  • Lead the launch planning and marketing planning of new products and processes, often globally.
  • Co-ordinate the design, production and supply of all promotional material including Trade Show stands.
  • Recommend product development direction based on market research and demand within the market place.

Key attributes:

  • Proven ability in developing strategic marketing direction, raising the brand awareness and building customer loyalty.
  • Successful track record of running campaigns and delivering results.
  • Can develop strong strategic relationships with all cross functional partners – in our team and externally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively: both independently and as part of a team. Can work unsupervised as well as having the ability to manage and prioritise demands.

  • Be self-motivated, a good time manager especially under pressure, and have a flexible approach to working hours as part of a growing organisation.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a marketing, sales, or communications role, in a Food and Drink industry.

  • Strong global marketing experience an advantage.
