Regional Account Executive (Off Trade) – London

25k – £27 K basic OTE £35K +

Due to increasing growth of the premium soft drinks market we require a self-starter with a passion for food & drink. The roles are based on gaining  new business which and will involve cold calling, closing existing sales opportunities & generating new ones.

We are looking for self-starters with proven sales experience in a similar field who will undertake the following tasks:

  • The role will see the successful candidate targeting premium accounts in HoReCa foodservice/contract catering, retail, venues and working in partnership with trade customers and distributors
  • Cold calling targeted areas.
  • Gaining new business and setting up credit terms.
  • Managing the new business and meeting customer’s needs to achieve a strong listing and maximum  profitability
  • Attending trade shows and lead follow up
  • Order processing and account administration
  • Weekly sales reporting
  • Customer Retention

Regional Sales Manager – London

Due to the continued growth of the premium soft drinks market, Luscombe Drinks are looking for a self-starter with a passion for food and drink to join our expanding sales team.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing new business in the London area and further developing relationships with existing customers.

Ideally, you will be a self-starter with proven sales experience in a similar field.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivery of field sales goals, including developing new business contacts and maintaining the existing client base.
  • Manage the full sales life cycle for the London region from start to finish.
  • Manage and report against pipeline and actual sales targets.
  • Work closely with the product delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows and carry out lead follow up.
  • Weekly sales reporting.
  • Advocate for quality levels of customer service, providing solutions to customer challenges in a professional manner.
  • Build rapport in face to face situations.
  • Establish relationships with prospective customers.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the business and the industry.

Key attributes:

  • Strong organisational skills and time management, with attention to detail.
  • Natural ability to persistently motivate yourself and be a team player.
  • Commercially minded.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Experience of managing multiple customers.
  • Results orientated.
  • Relevant experience in a food and drink sales position.
