There’s no compromise in our craft: only an enduring love of producing the very best drinks.

Our Story

There’s no compromise in our craft: only an impassioned commitment to producing the very best products. Apples have grown in our Devon orchards for over 1,000 years. We source directly from growers we trust, selecting ingredients according to the countries and climates where they thrive to ensure truly sumptuous taste profiles. Each small batch is crafted on our farm using bespoke techniques, with minimal processing and no artificial additives.

In short, it’s obsession that ensures only the best goes into the bottle, every time.

Our story

Each of our juices, tonics, crushes and cider are blended with the same obsession for perfection that has driven us for decades.

The award-winning taste we create are born of England’s blossoming orchards, Sicily’s sunlit lemon groves, Mexico’s verdant hillsides and beyond. Our incredible fruits and spices are grown in perfect climates around the world to ensure the finest taste profiles, from Sicily to our own Devon orchard, where our apples have grown for over 1,000 years.

Each batch is crafted on our farm using bespoke equipment, with minimal processing and no artificial additives. Every step of the harvesting, juicing and blending process receives our undivided attention, and our recipes are built with an unparalleled knowledge and intuition that spans generations. In short, it’s obsession that ensures only the best goes into the bottle, every time.
Artistry. Alchemy. A fascination with flavour. It all goes into creating our uniquely delicious drinks.

Nature’s best, bottled

We source directly from growers we trust, selecting ingredients according to the climates where they thrive to ensure impressive taste profiles.

Apples: Wherever possible, we source our crisp, juicy apples from our own Devonshire farm, or from across England’s finest orchards.

Elderflower: Locally sourced from the organic hedgerows scattered across South West’s rolling hillsides.

Ginger: Chosen according to that year’s crop, our fiery ginger is sourced from Peru.

Limes: Our limes come straight from Sri Lanka, known for producing the juiciest fruits.

Oranges and Lemons: Our succulent citrus fruits are from the volcanic soils of Sicily, except our single-estate oranges for our pure Orange Juice which hail from Mexico.

Pears: Plucked ‘straight from tree’ in the sun-kissed South of France.

Welcome to the family

‘Some people say that I’m rather ‘fastidious’, almost neurotic, when it comes to the quality of our drinks, ingredients and production techniques and I take that as a compliment. I took over the business from my father in 1997 and not being much of a drinker we started making Ginger Beer, Elderflower and Sicilian Lemonade.

Much of my time is spent working with our growers to establish when the fruit will be at its optimum so we can schedule deliveries and create our drinks at the perfect moment. A few days of sun or rain can make all the difference to the quality of the juice so it just isn’t possible to work to set dates each year. Having a calendar would make our lives simpler but we make drinks because we love them and that means never compromising on what goes in the bottle.
